Real work. Real pay.
At height.
We hire climbers, civil crews, foremen, and RF techs who show up every day. Milwaukee tools in the truck, real sites, real pay, and a rotation that still lets you have a life.
Who we hire.
Most of our jobs fall into one of these four tracks. If you don’t see yourself on the list but you’ve got tower or related construction chops, still send it in.
Tower climbers
Install, rig, plumb, and tension. SafetyLMS-certified or willing to get trained on day one.
- 100% tie-off, authorized rescue, every crew every day
- Entry, mid, and lead climber positions
- Prior climbing experience a plus, not a requirement
Civil and groundwork
Excavation, rebar, concrete, grading, fencing, and compound finishing. Equipment operator roles available.
- Skid steer, excavator, front-end loader, telehandler
- Foundation pour experience a plus
- CDL a plus
Crew foremen
Run the site day to day. Own the schedule, the crew, the safety brief, and the punch-list walk.
- 5+ years in tower, telecom, or heavy construction
- Rigging certs, crane-signal familiarity
- Leadership over title, every time
RF technicians
Antenna, dish, radio, fiber, DC, and Cat6 install. WISP and CBRS experience preferred. Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Tarana, Cambium, Mimosa, Nokia.
- VSWR check and link-budget verification
- Grounding and bonding to R56
- Comfortable coordinating with client RF engineers

Benefits
Health, dental, and vision after the intro period. Real plans, not a stipend.
Truck and tools
Company truck and a Milwaukee tool loadout. You supply the hands.
Training

What the job actually is.
Straight talk so there are no surprises when you land on your first crew.
Pre-dawn starts
Weather windows are measured in hours, not days. If steel is flying at sunrise, the crew is rigging before sunrise.
On the road
Most roles are road-based. You’ll see a lot of the country. Hotels, per diem, and gas are covered. You come home on your off rotation.
Physical, every day
You’ll be carrying tools, climbing, shoveling, rigging, lifting. Not a desk job. If you want to work with your hands and be outside, this is the job.
The crew shows up
If you’re on the crew, you show up every day. That’s the whole deal. We pay for that kind of reliability.
