Separate from our construction services

This page covers the website only. If Vertical Axis performs tower construction, RF installation, maintenance, or any other field work for you, that work is governed by a separate written contract we sign with you before any crew mobilizes. Nothing on this website creates a contract for construction services, and nothing here overrides the terms of a construction contract we’ve already signed with you.

Pricing, scope, schedules, warranties, and liability for actual work are handled in that signed contract. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

Quotes and estimates

Any quote, estimate, budget range, or lead-time reference you see on the website or receive through our forms is informational and non-binding until reduced to a signed contract. Things that affect the final number (soils, weather, permitting, access, engineered loading) only get pinned down during scoping.

If you’ve received a written quote from us, that quote’s terms control, not this page.

Use of the site

You may use the website to:

Nothing on the website grants you any rights to our marks, copy, photographs, or materials. You’re welcome to link to the site and to reproduce short excerpts for ordinary news, research, or business purposes with attribution.

Third-party links and services

Our total liability to you for anything connected to your use of the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This cap does not apply to liability for actual construction services, which is governed by the separate signed contract for those services.

This does not apply to claims arising from our own construction services, which are governed by the separate signed contract.
